ProFill Holdings LLC is the successor company of TSC Apparel, LLC which was formed in April 2000 with the purchase of certain distribution channel assets from Tultex Corporation. ProFill was formed in 2002 as a corporate umbrella for TSC Apparel and newly acquired Cincinnati Advertising Products (dba WearMagic). ProFill's principal business is supplying t-shirts, fleece, and other sportswear categories to the Licensed Apparel, Corporate Promotional, and Uniform Industries.
Rick Mouty, CEO
Mouty joined the Company in late 2001 with the directive of expanding the strategic planning and new business development activities within the company. Under his leadership, Mouty repositioned the business beyond commodity blank t-shirt sales by launching the Tultex private label brand of fine jersey cotton products, adding screen print, embroidery, and turnkey fulfillment services, and expanding into new logo apparel markets. These initiatives helped to differentiate the company from its competition and, as a result, nearly quadruple top line revenues in a slow growth, mature market. Prior to joining ProFill, Mouty was a partner with George Group, a prominent management and operations consulting firm headquartered in Dallas Texas. While with George Group - which was acquired by Accenture in 2007- Mouty contracted and managed large scale revenue growth and operational improvements programs with middle market and leading Fortune 500 companies. Mouty began his career with Motorola Inc., where he served in various management capacities. Mouty is a graduate of Miami University's School of Business in Oxford, Ohio.
Bob Winget, President and COO
The investor group recruited Winget to join the company as its CFO in tandem with the TSC Apparel acquisition in 2000. Winget was instrumental in setting up the company’s working capital financing, company wide operating systems, internal controls, and key performance metrics. In 2005, he was promoted to President of TSC Apparel, while still retaining his CFO responsibilities. Under his leadership the company expanded geographically by opening new distribution centers, focused its product line to maximize profitability, and successfully implemented sales/marketing initiatives. Collectively these efforts have delivered unprecedented, continual year-over-year revenue and profit growth. Prior to joining ProFill Winget spent four years as CFO and Executive VP at Richards Industries, a privately-held holding company that owned several middle market manufacturing businesses. Winget started his career at Rockwell International where he spent 13 years in a variety of finance and accounting roles. Winget has a Bachelors degree from the University of Cincinnati with major in Accounting and Finance. He also earned an MBA from the University of Colorado with an emphasis in Information Systems.
