| ProFill
Holdings LLC is the successor company of TSC Apparel, LLC which
was formed in April 2000 with the purchase of certain distribution
channel assets from Tultex Corporation. ProFill was formed in
2002 along with three wholly owned limited liability companies
to operate the pre-existing business of TSC Apparel and to acquire
the net assets of: 1. Cincinnati Advertising Products (dba WearMagic
and JacSan Collegiate Sportswear; acquired 2002) and, 2) Georgia
Tees (acquired 2005). ProFill is engaged in the supply of imprinted
sportswear and related products/services to the Licensed Apparel,
Corporate Promotional Products, and Uniform industries.
Rick
Mouty, CEO. Mouty joined the Company in December of 2001 with
the directive of building the strategic planning and new business
development activities within the company. Under his leadership,
Mouty has expanded the company's product offering to limit
the company’s dependency on commodity-like t-shirts
and fleece sales, added embroidery and screen print capability,
entered the college licensed apparel channel, and launched
a strategic business unit to provide fulfillment services
for corporate promotional and uniform programs. These initiatives
have helped the company to double top line revenue in less
than five years.
Prior
to joining TSC, Mouty was a partner with George Group, a prominent
management and operations consulting firm headquartered in
Dallas Texas. While with George Group, Mouty contracted and
managed large-scale revenue growth and operational improvements
programs with both middle market and leading Fortune 500 companies
including Caterpillar, ITT Industries, and Starwood Hotels
& Resorts. Mouty began his career with Motorola Inc.,
where he served in various management roles. Mouty is a graduate
of Miami University's School of Business in Oxford, Ohio.
Joseph
L. Rippe, Managing Director. Joe Rippe is a principal of Rippe
and Kingston LLC, one of Greater Cincinnati’s largest
public accounting and consulting firms, which he co-founded
in 1976. Rippe is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified
Valuation Analyst with a professional background primarily
in finance and taxation. He has worked with his firm’s
clientele on mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, business
valuation, corporate financing and restructuring, succession
planning, and strategic tax planning. He serves on various
local corporate boards including First Savings Bank and Nisbet
Investment Company. Rippe has ownership positions in several
other privately-held businesses and real-estate holdings.
Mr. Rippe is active in the community, serving on various boards
and civic groups including the Board of Trustees for Xavier
University, Children’s Hospital, the Multiple Sclerosis
Society and the Dan Beard Council of the Boy Scouts of America.
Rippe earned a BS in Accounting and an MBA in Finance from
Xavier University. He has also completed post graduate work
at New York University.

Philip Vollmer, Managing Director. Phil Vollmer is the founding
principal of JPV Investments. Vollmer’s strategy is
to seek out established, mid-western based companies in a
variety of industries that demonstrate the potential for growth
and operational improvement. The company will invest their
capital to acquire, complement bank financing, or partner
with others looking to buy a company. Vollmer, along with
his brother Steve, has been buying and running a portfolio
of middle market manufacturing companies via another investment
company, Volco Inc., for more than two decades. Vollmer is
active in the local community, serving on various boards and
civic groups including the Board of Trustees for Xavier University
and the Board of Directors for the Cincinnati Art Museum.
Vollmer earned a BS in Finance from Xavier University.
