ProFill Holdings LLC is the successor company of TSC Apparel, LLC which was formed in April 2000 with the purchase of certain distribution channel assets from Tultex Corporation. ProFill was formed in 2002 along with three wholly owned limited liability companies to operate the pre-existing business of TSC Apparel and to acquire the net assets of: 1. Cincinnati Advertising Products (dba WearMagic and JacSan Collegiate Sportswear; acquired 2002) and, 2) Georgia Tees (acquired 2005). ProFill is engaged in the supply of imprinted sportswear and related products/services to the Licensed Apparel, Corporate Promotional Products, and Uniform industries.

Rick Mouty, CEO. Mouty joined the Company in December of 2001 with the directive of building the strategic planning and new business development activities within the company. These initiatives have helped the company to double top line revenue in less than five years.

Prior to joining TSC, Mouty was a partner with George Group, a prominent management and operations consulting firm headquartered in Dallas Texas. While with George Group, Mouty contracted and managed large-scale revenue growth and operational improvements programs with both middle market and leading Fortune 500 companies including Caterpillar, ITT Industries, and Starwood Hotels & Resorts.
